Information Security Basic Policy

As a company that supplies video equipment and systems for highly public applications, we seek higher quality and aim to gain social trust.
Regarding information assets related to our corporate activities, we will take all possible measures to ensure the safety and reliability of information assets by taking appropriate information security measures.
To realize it, the following information security action policy will be established and implemented by all managers, employees and related parties.

Behavioral guidelines

●We establish and maintain information security management system and make continuous improvements.

●We clearly define our roles and responsibilities for information security and manage information assets appropriately.

●We will carry out education and enlightenment activities for all managers, employees and related parties in order to make them aware of their responsibility to maintain information security.

●We monitor, remind, and evaluate the implementation of information security management systems, and enhance certainty through regular internal audits and management reviews.

●In the unlikely event that information security problem occurs, we will immediately investigate the cause, minimize the damage, and strive to ensure business continuity.

●We will comply with laws and other social norms regarding information assets and their handling.
